OWNORY’S WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW

WARRANTY COVERAGE

OWNORY WARRANTS ALL PRODUCTS AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER ORDINARY CONSUMER USE FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE FOR REPAIRING SERVICE WITH FREE OF CHARGE (FOR REPAIRING SERVICE FREE, PLEASE PRESENT YOUR RECEIPT). DURING THESE WARRANTY PERIODS, IF A DEFECT ARISES IN THE PRODUCT, AND YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT, OWNORY WILL, AT ITS OPTION, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EITHER

  • REPAIR THE PRODUCT USING NEW OR REFURBISHED PARTS, AT OWNORY’S EXPENSE
  • REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH A NEW PRODUCT THAT IS EQUIVALENT TO THE PRODUCT THAT IS TO BE REPLACED; OR
  • REFUND TO YOU ALL OR PART OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. OWNORY SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REPAIR, REPLACE, OR REFUND UNTIL THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO OWNORY.

A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ASSUMES THE REMAINING WARRANTY OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT OR NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR, WHICHEVER PERIOD IS LONGER. WHEN A REFUND IS GIVEN, THE RETURNED PRODUCT BECOMES OWNORY’S PROPERTY. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF SAFETY CHAINS ON BRACELETS AND INSURANCE COVER IS ADVISABLE ON ALL VALUABLE JEWELRY. GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR, MISUSE AND TARNISHING ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OWNORY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, MISAPPLICATION, OR USE OF NON-OWNORY PRODUCTS. USING NON-OWNORY PRODUCTS CAN DAMAGE OWNORY BRACELETS THAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. STRETCHING OF OWNORY CHAINS AND BRACELETS IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR OWNORY PRODUCTS TO HARSH CHEMICALS OR ENVIRONMENTS, AS THEY CAN ALTER THE APPEARANCE OF THE PRODUCT. THESE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, LIQUID SILVER POLISH, POOLS, HOT TUBS, AND SPAS. PLEASE REFER TO THE CLEANING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON CARING FOR AND PROTECTING YOUR OWNORY PRODUCT. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY CONSTITUTE ABUSE, MISUSE, OR MISAPPLICATION OF YOUR OWNORY PRODUCT.
